2018 MISS SAN ANTONIO TEXAS & MISS SAN ANTONIO TEXAS TEEN
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, RULES AND REGULATIONS
MISS delegates must be born during the years 1991 and 2000.
TEEN delegates must be born during the years 2000 and 2004.
Contestants are required to pay an entry fee of to enter the pageant.
Contestants are required to sell one full page color ad.
Contestant must not be married, never have been married, and never have had a marriage annulled.
Contestant must never have given birth to a child, cannot be pregnant, never have been pregnant or be a parent.
Contestant must provide a certified original copy of her birth certificate.
Contestant must be a naturally born, genetic female.
Contestant must be a citizen of the United States of America through either birth or naturalization process and, upon request, must be prepared to show documentation of citizenship in the event that there is a question to this issue.
Contestant must be of good health and moral character. Contestant must not have appeared nude in print, film or live, or participated in any lewd or provocative public acts or behaviors.
Contestant and/or their family will be responsible for any medical expenses incurred during the pageant or any pageant related events.
Smoking, drugs alcoholic beverages and obscene language is strictly prohibited at all times.
Contestants must sign the Contestant’s Official Entry Form/Contract, Rules, Regulations, Release and Terms Agreement and abide by the rules written in this contract.
Contestants must reside or attend school in the South Central Texas Area which consists of the following counties: Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, DeWitt, Frio, Gillespie, Guadalupe, Gonzales, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, Lavaca, Medina, Uvalde and Wilson. If the contestant does not live in the counties written above she must have approval from Diverse Dreams, LLC to compete in the pageant.
Contestant must agree, that if selected to represent San Antonio she will participate in the State pageant of Diverse Dreams, LLC choosing and will abide by the rules and regulations governing that pageant.
Contestant must agree that if she wins the San Antonio pageant she will not participate in any other pageants (with the exception of the State pageant of Diverse Dreams, LLC choosing) during the time she holds the San Antonio title unless authorized in writing by Diverse Dreams, LLC.
Contestant, parent(s) and/or guardian(s) must be willing to release, unconditionally and forever, any claim against Diverse Dreams, LLC, it’s parent and affiliated or related companies and their respective officers, directors, partners, employees, agents and assigns, which contestant may have by virtue of participation in the San Antonio pageant, or by any use of contestants name, likeness, voice, and/or biography in connection with the pageant, including use in promotional and advertising material.
Contestant must understand and agree that all issues as to eligibility shall be determined by Diverse Dreams, LLC and contestant must agree to abide by that determination both as to her and other applicants.
